All activities are conducted by third-party licensed operators.
HoneyTrip does not own, operate, or control any activity equipment, staff, or execution.
All adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, or loss of life.
By booking with HoneyTrip, the customer voluntarily agrees to participate at their own risk.
The customer confirms they are physically and mentally fit for the activity.
HoneyTrip shall not be held liable for:
Any injury, accident, loss, or damage during or after the activity
Loss of life or permanent disability
Loss of personal belongings
Responsibility lies entirely with the activity operator and participant.
All safety measures, equipment quality, and instructions are the sole responsibility of the activity operator.
Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the operator.
Any negligence or misconduct during the activity is not the responsibility of HoneyTrip.
Customers must disclose any medical conditions (heart issues, asthma, epilepsy, etc.) before booking.
Activities may have age, weight, and height restrictions:
Bungee Jumping: approx. 40–110 kg
Paragliding: subject to weather & operator approval
Rafting: minimum age varies (usually 14+)
Operators have the right to refuse participation if safety conditions are not met.
Activities are subject to weather, river flow, and environmental conditions.
In case of cancellation due to safety concerns, rescheduling or partial refund depends on the operator’s policy.
HoneyTrip is not responsible for cancellations due to natural factors.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to operator revisions.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
Cancellation policies vary by operator.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per operator terms, not HoneyTrip.
No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Customers must report on time at the activity location.
Late arrival may lead to cancellation without refund.
Photos/videos taken during activities may be used for marketing purposes unless explicitly declined by the customer.
By booking, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HoneyTrip, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from participation.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
By booking any activity through HoneyTrip, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
