Important Safety Guidelines Before Going For River Rafting In Rishikesh
- The minimum age allowed for the 32 km rafting stretch is 18 years and the maximum recommended age is 50 years due to the presence of strong Grade III–IV rapids.
- Participants must have a weight between 40 kg and 100 kg. Weight should be proportionate to height and body fitness for safety during strong rapids.
- This rafting stretch is considered an advanced adventure activity. Participants should be physically fit and comfortable with intense water conditions.
- People with heart problems, recent surgeries, epilepsy, severe asthma, high blood pressure, or serious medical conditions are not permitted for this rafting stretch.
- Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance before rafting is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must wear the safety gear provided by the rafting operator, including a helmet and life jacket, throughout the rafting trip.
- Always follow the instructions given by your rafting guide. Listening carefully during the safety briefing is mandatory before starting the rafting trip.
- Wear quick-drying clothes such as shorts, T-shirts, or sportswear. Avoid sarees, skirts, burkas, or loose clothing during rafting.
- Carry minimal belongings with you. Phones, wallets, and other valuables should be left safely with the rafting office before starting the trip.
- Due to heavy traffic in Rishikesh during weekends and holidays, guests coming from Delhi NCR, Haridwar, or Dehradun should keep extra travel time (2-3 Hrs) to reach the rafting office on schedule.

- Transportation included with raft transporting vehicle only from Tapovan in Rishikesh to Rafting Point only.
- Transport from NIM Beach to Tapovan after rafting only.
- All class rafting gear (rafts, life jackets, helmets, dry bags).
- Experienced river guides and kayak professionals with International Certifications for white water rescue and First Aid/CPR and River running permits.
Exclusions
- Medical, evacuation (emergency) hospitalisation and rescue expenses.
- Any kind of personal expenses.
- Any kind of transportation beyond the trip route & dropping point.
- Anything else which is not mentioned in inclusions.

Amazing experience and staff
Honestly, I was expecting a normal adventure trip, but Honey Trip Adventure completely changed my expectations. Everything was well-organized, and Kartik made sure we had the best time!
It was amazing experience from pick-up to end of the trip of rafting.. The pickup was on time and the experience with rider was mind blowing and the rafting was appropriate as per the shared plan. Must try this rafting agency if your wanted to experience this for the 1st time very well trained Rider's 😀
