- The minimum age allowed for 24 km rafting in Rishikesh is generally 16 years and the maximum recommended age is 50 years, depending on water flow and physical fitness.
- The weight limit should be between 40 kg and 100 kg. Weight must be proportionate to height for proper balance and safety during rapids.
- Participants should be in good physical health and comfortable with moderate to strong river rapids.
- People with heart problems, bypass surgery history, epilepsy, severe asthma, or other serious medical conditions are not allowed to participate in rafting.
- People with mild asthma can carry their inhalers and inform the rafting guide before starting the trip.
- Alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited before rafting.
- All participants must wear the safety gear provided by the rafting operator including a helmet and life jacket throughout the rafting trip.
- Wear quick-drying clothes such as shorts, T-shirts, or sportswear. Avoid sarees, skirts, burkas, or loose clothing during rafting.
- Follow all instructions given by the rafting guide during the safety briefing and while navigating the rapids.
- Traffic congestion is common in Rishikesh during weekends and holidays, so guests coming from Delhi NCR, Haridwar, or Dehradun should keep extra travel time (2-3 Hrs) to reach the rafting office on schedule.

- Transport from NIM Beach to Tapovan after rafting only.
- All class rafting gear (rafts, life jackets, helmets, dry bags).
- Experienced river guides and kayak professionals with International Certifications for white water rescue and First Aid/CPR and River running permits.
Exclusions
- Medical, evacuation (emergency) hospitalisation and rescue expenses.
- Any kind of personal expenses.
- Any kind of transportation beyond the trip route & dropping point.
- Anything else which is not mentioned in inclusions.

Honestly, I was expecting a normal adventure trip, but Honey Trip Adventure completely changed my expectations. Everything was well-organized, and Kartik made sure we had the best time!
It was amazing experience from pick-up to end of the trip of rafting.. The pickup was on time and the experience with rider was mind blowing and the rafting was appropriate as per the shared plan. Must try this rafting agency if your wanted to experience this for the 1st time very well trained Rider's 😀
